UTEST UTD Series Laboratory Ovens have been designed for drying asphalt, soil, rock, concrete, aggregate or similar materials. 50, 120, 250, 500 and 750 liter capacity models are available. Temperature range is from ambient to 200°C. The interior is manufactured from stainless steel and the exterior is robustly constructed from sheet steel finished in powder coated paint.
All models are fan circulated (forced convection), fitted with direct reading digital control unit and equipped with PID digital control system, isolated double wall construction, gasket single door and heating elements designed into air channels.

UTD-1440 and UTS-1442 are used for the determination of resistance to freezing and thawing of the construction materials.
The chambers are equipped with a user defined program including up to 16 steps. Time can be adjusted to 999 minutes for each step of the program. The temperature range of the cabinet is -30°C to +65°C.
The temperature is controlled by a sensor which can be immersed either into the sample, or into the water which the sample is placed into or into the salty water solution placed on the sample before starting the test. The calibration of the sensor is carried out using the user friendly menu.
The distribution of temperature in the cabinets are performed using an integral fan.
Free of charge Utest Software for transfering the data real-time to a computer is supplied complete with the cabinet and data can be monitored during the tests. Data can be converted to an excel report or to a graph.
The condenser of the cabinets are fitted with an air cooled hermetic cooler. The gas used for the cooler does not include CFC’s.
The control unit is electronic and equipped with digital display with 0.1°C temperature resolution. The accuracy of cabin temperature distribution lower than 2°C.
The user can preset the time and target temperature of each ramp and the number of each set by using the control unit.
UTD-1440 and UTD-1442 Freezing and Thawing Chambers are supplied complete with 3 pcs. displaceable shelves and a Utest software yazılım (USOFT-1440).

The UTW-1000 Specific gravity framework is used to find the volume occupied by the aggregate in various mixtures containing coarse aggregates, with the aid of a scale and a wire basket.It is also used to find the volume of irregularly shaped natural stone and similar materials.
The lower part of the frame incorporates a moving platform, which carries the water tank allowing the test specimens to be weighed in both air and water.
The frame can be used with any type of electronic balance fitted with under-bench weighing facility

UTEST offers a wide range of High Quality Testing Sieves which are used in all types of sieve testing applications, from sampling and classification of soils, aggregates and other powdered and granular materials. UTEST testing sieves are of the highest quality to ensure consistent fit, accurate specifications and durable construction.
Woven Wire Cloth and Perforated Plate Sieves are supplied in 200 mm and 300 mm frame diameters in various nominal aperture sizes suitable for several applications and standards.
Wet Washing Sieves are used for wet testing of various materials enabling to wash the fines through the sieve without losing any of the sample. Wet Washing Sieves are available in 200 mm diameter with 100 mm and 200 mm deep models.
All parts of testing sieves are manufactured from stainless steel. Receiving Pans and Lids are available in stainless steel with 200 mm and 300 mm diameters.

The UTG-0311 and UTG-0312 Sieve Shakers impart a circular motion to the material being sieved so that it makes a slow progression over the surface of the sieve.
They are equipped with a dynamic power source which ensures the right vibration is imparted to the sieves and sample for fast, accurate and reproducible tests. The vertical movement is fixed to ensure the sample spends maximum time on the sieve surface. The unique vibratory action also helps keep the apertures clear and free from binding.
The UTEST Sieve Shakers are fitted with a very efficient clamping device that ensures sieves are held firmly without over-tightening and allows them to be quickly removed and replaced. The timer can be preset for any duration up to 60 minutes. The UTG-0312 model has the additional frequency adjustment property.

The UTG-0420 and UTG-0422 are ideal for sizing large quantities of crushed stones, sand, gravel, slag, coal, coke, ores, pellets and similar materials. The screen shaker has a capacity of approx. 30 liters sample. The shaker has 6 screen trays and 1 pan capacity.
UTG-0420model is time-controlled, UTG-0422 model is frequency and time-controlled.
Matal trays have 630×420 mm sreening area and 667x452x67 mm sized. Screen trays with various aperture sized from 125 mm to 4 mm. Stainless steel wire cloth screen trays or perforated metal plate (steel) screen trays with round or square aperture are available on request.
UTG-0426 Soundproof Safety Cabinet is manufactured from sheet steel lined internally with soundproofing material to reduce noise and for protection from dust.
